Insights & Reports

Analytics and reporting across your automation platform.

Insights provides real-time and historical analytics across all your Amantra automations. From operational dashboards to custom reports, Insights helps you understand the value your automations are delivering and identify areas for improvement.

What You Can Measure

  • Automation Performance — Executions per day, success rate, failure rate, avg. duration

  • Agent Performance — Tasks completed, resolution time, escalation rate

  • Document Processing — Documents processed, extraction accuracy, human review rate

  • ITSM — Ticket volume, resolution time, SLA compliance, first-contact resolution

  • Voice AI — Calls made, answer rate, average duration, outcomes

  • Business KPIs — Custom metrics defined by your team

Dashboard Types

Operational Dashboard

Real-time view of automation activity across the platform. Updated live. Best for operations teams monitoring day-to-day performance.

Executive Dashboard

High-level summary with trends, totals, and business impact metrics. Updated daily. Best for management and leadership reporting.

Custom Dashboards

Build your own dashboards with the metrics and charts that matter to your team.

Dashboards

Dashboards provide real-time visual summaries of your automation performance. Use them to monitor what’s happening right now and identify trends at a glance.

Viewing Dashboards

Go to Insights in the left navigation. The default view shows the Operational Dashboard.

Use the dropdown at the top to switch between:

  • Pre-built platform dashboards

  • Dashboards you’ve created

  • Dashboards shared with you

Dashboard Widgets

Each dashboard is made up of widgets — individual charts, counters, or tables. Available widget types:

  • Counter — Single number (e.g., “Total executions today: 1,247”)

  • Line Chart — Trend over time

  • Bar Chart — Compare values across categories

  • Pie / Donut Chart — Show distribution

  • Table — Detailed list with sorting and filtering

  • Gauge — Show current value against a target

  • Heatmap — Show activity intensity across time slots

Creating a Custom Dashboard

  1. Go to Insights.

  2. Click + New Dashboard.

  3. Give it a name.

  4. Click + Add Widget.

  5. For each widget:

  • Choose the widget type

  • Select the data source (workflow, agent, ITSM, etc.)

  • Configure the metric and filters

  • Set the time range (last 7 days, last 30 days, custom)

  1. Arrange widgets by dragging and resizing.

  2. Click Save.

Dashboard Filters

Apply global filters to your dashboard to narrow the view:

  • Date range — Last 7 days, last 30 days, custom range

  • Workflow — Filter to a specific workflow or all workflows

  • Team / Department — Only show data for your team

Sharing Dashboards

  1. Open a dashboard.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Choose: share with specific users, share with a team, or make public (all logged-in users can view).

Reports

Reports provide detailed, tabular data exports that go deeper than dashboards. Use reports for compliance auditing, executive briefings, and detailed analysis.

Built-In Reports

Amantra includes pre-built reports for common use cases:

  • Execution Summary — All workflow runs in a date range with status and duration

  • Failure Analysis — Failed executions with error categories and frequency

  • Agent Performance — Per-agent task completion metrics

  • Document Processing — IDP throughput, accuracy, and review rates

  • ITSM SLA Report — Ticket volume and SLA compliance by priority

  • User Activity — Actions taken by each user on the platform

  • Audit Log — Security-relevant actions (logins, config changes, permission changes)

Creating a Custom Insights Report

  1. Go to Insights → Reports.

  2. Click + New Report.

  3. Choose Columns — which fields to include.

  4. Set Filters — date range, status, specific workflows, etc.

  5. Choose Sort — which column to sort by and direction.

  6. Click Preview to see a sample.

  7. Click Save Report.

Scheduling Reports

Send reports automatically via email on a schedule:

  1. Open a saved report.

  2. Click Schedule.

  3. Configure:

  • Recipients — Email addresses to send to

  • Frequency — Daily, weekly, or monthly

  • Time — When to send

  • Format — CSV or PDF

Exporting Reports

Download any report as:

  • CSV — For analysis in Excel or BI tools

  • PDF — For sharing with stakeholders who don’t have Amantra access
