Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Middle East, Europe, and US markets.
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to align client requirements.
Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain and update sales pipeline and activities in CRM systems.
Represent Amantra in client interactions, business meetings, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in IT/Technology services.
Experience working with international clients (Middle East, Europe, US).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
