The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects and professional services engagements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of software development experience and project management expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate with engineering teams, customers, and leadership stakeholders. Candidates with prior experience in product-based organizations, particularly those involved in AI/ML product development and delivery, will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects and customer engagements. 

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery plans. 

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. 

  • Drive project governance, status reporting, risk management, and escalation handling. 

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. 

  • Conduct regular project reviews, steering committee meetings, and status updates. 

  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 

 

Technical Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and delivery dependencies. 

  • Review solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation plans from a project delivery perspective. 

  • Facilitate technical discussions and translate business requirements into actionable execution plans. 

 

Professional Services & Customer Success

  • Lead implementation, customization, integration, and deployment initiatives for enterprise customers. 

  • Coordinate with customer teams during onboarding, deployment, UAT, and go-live activities. 

  • Ensure successful adoption of products and smooth transition to support and operations teams. 

 

AI Product Delivery

  • Manage delivery of AI/ML-based products and solutions. 

  • Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and QA teams to ensure successful execution of AI initiatives. 

  • Track AI project lifecycle, model deployment milestones, performance metrics, and customer deliverables. 

 

Process Improvement

  • Establish and improve project management processes, delivery frameworks, and best practices. 

  • Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure continuous process optimization. 

  • Monitor project KPIs and delivery metrics. 

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Product-Based Technology Company.

  • Prior experience delivering Agentic AI, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation projects.

  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices. 

  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications are advantageous. 

  • Experience managing global customers and distributed teams. 

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate with a strong blend of Software Development and Technical Project Management experience, preferably from a Product-Based or AI-focused organization.
